I recently engaged J&K to do roof waterproofing, replacement of balcony roof with aluminium composite panel, as well as interior/exterior painting works for my house. They did a very professional job and delivered quality work in the … More entire project.
In particular, special care was undertaken by their team to cover and protect my floor, move furniture and disassemble fittings to prepare for painting works. They also carefully reassembled all fittings (curtain railings, curtains, blinds, lamps) and cleaned up the floor after completion of works.
They have been very flexible and responsive to our requests for changes in schedule and touchups.
Their after sales service is also commendable. We had an existing built-in shoe cabinet which was dismantled only after they completed the painting works. At our request, J&K returned to touch up the exposed unpainted wall, which was great.
Very happy to have engaged J&K for the project. Many thanks to the J&K team Kevin, Darren and the coworkers for the great job done and the wonderful customer experience.

Our roof leaking problem was resolved within a short timeframe since we first contacted Kelvin. My old roof now looks like a new one!
Their quoted price is considered reasonable given the amount of work involved and the excellent workmanship as well as the warranty period provided.

I recently engaged J&K to repair the RC flat roof section on my property and the water-damaged drywall ceiling in the affected room below.
Despite needing to erect scaffolding to access the roof, Kevin and his team were able to complete … More the job within 2 days (inclusive of erecting the scaffolding) and by the end of the 2nd day, the scaffolding were gone, place cleaned up and all equipment removed.
I was really impressed by the speed and time required by Kevin's team to finish the repair works. Everything was professionally done and they are also willing to go the extra mile by carefully moving down the spare roof tiles that were kept on the RC roof and helping to store them neatly in an alternative location in my property. After the scaffolding was removed, Kevin's team also helped to wipe down the outside of our windows that was dirtied during the process of the repairs and scaffolding installation and removal.
Kevin is experienced and easygoing and you do feel you are in good hands after I handed him the project. He also checked in to see if there are any issues with the roof the next time there was heavy rain in my area which goes to show his excellent after sales service.
I cannot recommend J&K more if anyone needs a fast and reliable roofing repair contractor.
